EU ICT Directive

Multinationals with a company in the Netherlands can transfer executives or trainees to their Dutch branch, whereby the transferee obtains a combined residence and work permit (GVVA). The GVVA is granted for a maximum of 3 years and is not renewable. After this period, the ICT permit can be changed to the knowledge migrant scheme or the EU Blue Card.
